Xfinity refunds scam

I canceled Xfinity service on November 17, 2022. I received a final Xfinity statement showing a refund amount of $35.55. Yesterday, I received a check from Comcast for $24.23. Can someone from Xfinity help me understand why the refund check was not the same amount as the final statement shows.
