The noblestalk in the Underdark has orange border I am unsure about the ones that Derryth sells, but I doubt they would be the type that can recover memory :DOn my third play through right now and I just found out that Sovereign Glut doesn't set off any of the mushrooms in the Underdark. He doesn't have an inventory so can't pick up any items, but he can drag them wherever you want.
