CR1000A's WiFi 6E radio is better near 940Mbps peaking for 5 minutes. I don't know what issues would E3200 have with CR1000A.Verizon never suggested wireless backhaul capabilities between E3200 and CR1000A/B. ... CR1000A/B is triband 2.4GHz, 5GHz, and 6GHz. 2.4GHz is not a candidate for its slowness. 5GHz is the only viable band, then this leaves CR1000A/B only with 6GHz for connecting the client devices. So we have the CR1000A router in the basement connected by ethernet cable to the ONT, and coax running straight from the CR1000A up to the E3200 extender on the 3rd floor. On its own, the wifi strength/speed out of the E3200 (5G and 2.4G) is pretty good, on the 3rd floor.Since last Friday (2023-02-03), I have been having problems with my Verizon Fios CR1000A router. The 2.4Ghz wifi band just stops working, all the devices get disconnected and the router stops emitting in that frequency. The 5Ghz band keeps working just fine though. Note: in the picture the 2.4 band appears as Disconnected, despite being enabled.

The cr1000a is designed for the higher speeds. Personally I'm going to wait a few more months for more bugs to be worked out before upgrading.The A is made by Wistron NeWeb, whereas the B is made by Arcadyan Technology (the same manufacturer that made the G3100).
