Trailblazer electric fan conversion
Jul 18, 2021 · My electric fan conversion on 4.3L. I did a dual fan conversion on my 04 Blazer which is the same as the S10 and Sonoma or Jimmy with a 4.3L. I used the relay setup that I posted in LSX swap with high low cooling. Low comes on at 185°F shuts off at 175°F and high speed comes on at 200°F and shuts off at 190°F.Fan operates as designed. 15% Fan Desired equals 15% fan speed equals measured 75% duty cycle, measured 128hz. As Fan Desired goes up fan speed goes up, duty cycle goes down. Now, this C7 fan, when used in the C7 with a E92, uses stock settings of PWM EV and 100hz. Here's what the '06 E40 output looks like with those settings.
