The short of how it works; When you press the button and scroll down once, it caps your FPS at 30, Next time you scroll down you jump, Next time you scroll down you crouch and FPS goes back to uncapped.

Especially for mechanical keyboards. I can do the superglide at near 100% when using the config and when not it can range from 50% to 10% and anything in between.
