There has been some talk in the mega-thread that ultimately all 2210's will get the increased pay like the current SRT (999 series) but that it will take some budget requests and time to implement. ReplyHowever, if this went through, we'd be making about 8-10k less than the GS special rate. I can say that our job is highly stressful, visible and political. If this went through without including the CES, I can only imagine the exodus. Even with the current pay differential, we've had about 40% turnover each of the last couple of years.
