I think you're much better off finding a specific toolset that you like and building to optimise specifically for those tools rather than going generally for Str/Int or Dex/Int.Soft caps for int 20/50/80. For the stronger int stuff you’ll need 70 int. Dex does help with cast speed and staying on your horse but nothing extremely notable.
