After trying every natural supplement to deal with anxiety, I finally want to a shrink. I was prescribed 10 mg of propranolol for the physical symptoms of anxiety, and 1mg of Klonopin for panic attacks. I'm a bit nervous to try both. Anybody have any experience with either of them? There are huge differences in effects. Clonazepam often causes euphoria and makes you more upbeat rather than tired and slow.You might ask your doctor to increase your klonopin to a .5 mg. I wouldn't go any higher because the risk for dependence becomes stronger. .25 is a really low dose. Your anxiety was probably too high for that dosage. A fatal overdose on a benzo alone is pretty much impossible.
