I read an article this week about the recent avalanche of layoffs in tech, and how it a bit of an oxymoron for share prices to rally on an earnings beat right after you get rid of the talent who created that success. I love that quote, and I feel that every day here in Geico Tech. No one here gives a shit anymore about creating cool stuff.
