I'm currently shopping for Auto Insurance and I've been doing online quotes with all the major Insurance Companies. All the companies have INSANELY HUGE "Sign Up Fees" upwards of ~$250-$400. Geico seems to be the cheapest one so far. As you can see in the pictures it says "Start your policy now for $47.43".To be honest, as a claims adjuster myself you probably weren’t dealing with Progressive, but Agero. Agero does tow dispatch for a large amount of companies and they -kinda really suck-. I have State Farm, and it took Agero like two hours plus to get my car when I requested roadside.GEICO also subcontracted out the damage assessment to another company and that company is taking their sweet little time to complete the assessment process. Four weeks later, I'm still not any closer to getting my car fixed. After this ordeal is done, I will file a complaint against GEICO with my State Insurance Commissioner and drop GEICO.Last week my car was hit at a parking lot and the other driver ran away. This week I found that vehicle again and took a photo of the license plate. Today I filed an insurance claim to GEICO in hopes of they will find the other driver's insurance and use his policy to fix my car. GEICO didn't do anything.
