I have now desperately tried to get RPH running for 5 hours. No forum seems to have the right answer. When I load RPH (without any mods/additional plugins) the game starts loading but after the second rockstar logo appears the game beeps 5 times and than crashes. The game runs absolutely fine without RAGE.

You can load LSPD:FR with two seperate methods: 1.: Load it in the RagePluginHook settings; Hold SHIFT after double clicking the RagePluginHook.exe. The settings window should pop up. Click on "Plugins" and checkmark "Load These Plugins on Startup" and checkmark LSPD First Response.
