So heres my issue, I have a 2004 Subaru forester X with around 138k miles on it, couple months ago my engine went out so I swapped a rebuilt ej25. Engine runs fine but its idles fairly high at time around 1k-2k rpms. Originally I got a code for the rear o2 sensor. I hooked up a scanner and pulled the codes P0700 (Transmission control system MIL Request) and P2764 (Torque converter clutch Pressure Control Solenoid control circuit low). I spoke to the dealer and they cannot look at it for another week at least.
