Hello all. I've been told this is the place to look for all thing FAL. I'm a military history buff in my spare time and am looking to get in to FALs. I'm looks for a Rhodie rifle complete or a parts kit. I look forward to learning more about this platform and doing business with you. Bump. #4.Everyone likes the novelty of a FAL with folding stock. Everyone prefers to shoot a FAL without a folding stock. If you are regularly riding around in vehicles with your FAL in condition 1, you might prefer the folder. A full size MBR is rather awkward when riding in the back of a van with seven other fellas in full kit.

I have purchased 2 Coonan receivers. The first was excellent except for the ejector bloc placement. I had to relieve quite a bit of material in order to get the magazines to insert and lock properly. The second was excellent in most regards. A few minor cosmetic flaws, but nothing to get twisted up over.Jen says all the membership accounts are still on the "real" FALfiles so we should be able to log in as usual when it comes back online.
