The drop rate is about 25%. I ran 1600 legend lost sectors and 393 exotics dropped. 1600 / 393 = 24.56%. This DOESN'T mean that if you go run 4 lost sectors right now that you'll have 1 exotic to show for it. But, you could go 10+ runs and not see one, or go multiple runs in a row with a drop.
Yea, there is something funky going on with Master lost sectors. They just need a drop rate buff to equalize with the total exotics currently in the game compared to when lost sector farming was introduced 2+ years ago.
