The MSQ will give you gear up to ilevel 110 during the patch quests.The Yield for Tomestones on Poetics on all of this content ranges from 10 to 100 and oddly enough it doesn’t seem to matter what the level of this content is, in so far as a level 50 piece of content can give you the same amount as a level 60 or 70. There's also Dun Scaith gear, but good luck getting something you want from there.
