94 DT466 oil pressure problem. I'm new here, and I hope some of you can point me in the right direction. I have a 94 International flatbed with a DT466 A175 that I bought used. The odo reads 400k but the tach and speedo plugs were switched at the transmission so I'm thinking this engine has at least 250k on it.Posted February 11, 2009. DT466e start/performance issues. Hi guys. I was hoping the group could offer some suggestions before I run off spending more money. I have a '98 4700, 274 in wheelbase, 25,500 gvw, DT 466e, 6+1, 4.33 rears, no boost or pyro gages at present time. Average fuel mileage is in the 7mpg range.1999 DT466E keeps dying. I have a 1999 IH DT466E that will not stay running. It will start right up and then run from anywhere from 30 secs. to several minutes. It then dies, but will start back up and do the same thing. I have replaced the fuel filter on the drivers side, and the high pressure oil pump is also new last fall.International Engines: DT466E & 530E 2004 & Up. Our Part Number: 24242.
