Although I'm finding that I have to re-dose at around 4 hours. For me seems like it only lasts 4-5 hours. The advantage is that I was tired at night and slept well. Regular Modafinil even when taken early in the morning keeps me awake at night. I’ve used Modafinil many times before to help me focus at work but experienced a fair few side affects (mood swings and headaches). So I was looking for an alternative and read a few reviews on Reddit about people recommending Flmodafinil as it’s meant to be very similar.I haven't tried adrafinil but the others I have. Flmodafinil doesn't do anything but prevent me from sleep. Armodafinil gives me some pep and enhancement at lower doses (too much and I'm an anxious mess).
