Re: Duramax Diesel P0101. by heavyduty » Thu May 01, 2008 3:07 am. if K+N filters are over oiled they will contaminate the MAF sensor. use a 3mm allen wrench to remove the sensor, spray entire sensor with electrical contact cleaner, allow to air dry and reinstall sensor. have the code cleared and see what happens.
