Necro has the single strongest attack out of the mages (Rift Mage's Firestorm excluded). So, by Nuke, it wins. Rift Mage has the best DPS out of the mages. It has, essentially, infinite mana, and with clean burn, you can knock your cooldown times on things like Stonefist down to 4 seconds.
