Parks haven't worked since they came out … I have an operator with like a 16 extract streak (even tho it somehow stops counting after 10 now) and my perks are: Double Time, Strong Arm, Scavenger, Bomb Squad, Cold Blooded, Focus, Fast Hands, Ghost, Spotter, Quick Fix.

Discussion. I have exfiled successfully with a complete contract, gotten a new perk and a streak increase, then it is not there after. Started happening today and happened about 8 times. I exfilled last night after completing a contract with a friend. On the exfil screen it said my new perk was scavenger even though i already had scavenger. get back to the main screen and says my exfil streak is 0. frustrating. fast forward to today and just completed a deliver cargo contract and extracted.
