Jun 29, 2019 · thrill of the hunt imo is just a discount haunted grounds. they both exist to divert survivors from the other hex perks and punish survivors for cleansing hex perks. imagine wasting time cleansing a hex totem with a slower speed and also risking urself getting found by the killer while you're cleansing and after you've cleansed the totem. Hex: Thrill of the Hunt and Hex: Undying will let you know when there's somebody trying to get rid of their Oblivious status effect and if a hex totem, whether it's Hex: Plaything or not, gets cleansed, you can see everyone's auras with Hex: Retribution. Idea: let the killer pick up a hex perk and hold it on them if they have thrill of the hunt, then place it on a dull totem. While they have it it can’t gain tokens and it doesn’t apply it’s affect.
