Depends on your action skill I'd say. Vagabond is clutch when I'm not playing with fade away. However with fade away and triple absorb you're tank-fl4k, and you can allow yourself to stay in one spot to properly apply DMG (gorillas in the mist+st4ckbot+monarch in tripod mode for example, movespeed is useless with that setup anyways).Any hustler-eraser launcher build won't use revolter because it's a sure fire way to kill yourself with shock dot.
