Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my Dell Inspiron 15 laptop. It shows 3 orange and 6 white LED lights. Sometimes, when I adjust the screen, it works and starts up, but most of the time, it displays the 3 orange and 6 white blinking lights.My Dell XPS 710 sometimes get blinking amber power light and refuses to turn back on. My temporary fix is to unplug the power cord that goes into the PSU and wait for 15 minutes, perhaps discharging the capacitors within PSU. Then computer would be able to turn back on again.
