So thief 3 is mandatory to benefit from offhand attacks and give you an opportunity to either make a 2nd attack with offhand or use the 2nd bonus action for anything else. So unless there are some specific skills provided by classes that use the offhand you can just do any melee build that includes thief 3. But i don't know of any skill like this. coldblood007. •.
