Geissele super 42 w/H2.1 (100%) If sticking to standard carbine recever extension, the absolute bare minimum is a standard carbine spring and H buffer. Nothing will choke that combo, and if that combo does not work in your AR, you have some problems to address. Sprinco Blue spring and H2 buffer are a better standard to go with.
