Maybe the toxin cabinet works with a wreckage ID if it has the same id_medic tag? Yeah wrecked sub IDs generally give me access to containers, and sometimes even doors that are still powered. I have the mod on to add more shipwreck variety, but I think this also works in vanilla wrecks.
