So I've just gone ahead and flashed the bios for the 5th time now since I've owned the 7800X3D. I have my 7800X3D and with a -35 on Curve optimizer and it barely hits 70c under normal computing and gaming load. Granted its watercooled, but when I was waiting for my waterblock, I had a cheap air cooler on it and it barely hit 80c under load.In Curve Optimizer, try to set a negative 20, then you run prime95 and CB R23 to make sure your CPU work smoothly (no bluescreen, freezing, rebooting, etc).
